Requirements

· Matric / Grade 12 certificate
· Customer care skills
· Proficiency in English and an acceptable level of proficiency in any other official language
· Six (6) months Administrative work experience
· Good interpersonal, communication and telephone skills
· Computer skills
· Knowledge of registration process and registration calendars
· Ability to work under pressure and accurately
· Must be available and able to assume duty at short notice
· Willingness to work longer than normal office hours and Saturdays when required

Duties

· Data processing
· Processing applications for registration and matriculation exemption
· Student Administration
· Document processing
· Daily tidy-up of workstations
· Issuing of study material on disk
· Handling enquiries from students regarding registration
· Supplying information regarding studies and matriculation exemption
Assumption of duty: 01 December 2010
Salary: R34 per hour
